Cardi B’s Boyfriend Stefon Diggs Hit With Assault & Cover-Up Allegations From Ex Mulan Hernandez

NFL star Stefon Diggs, who’s currently dating Cardi B, is facing major legal trouble after his ex-girlfriend, Basketball Wives Orlando alum Mulan Hernandez, accused him of assault and attempted cover-up.
According to court documents obtained by Page Six, Hernandez filed her lawsuit in April as a countersuit to one Diggs filed earlier this year. She claims that during their short-lived relationship, Diggs attacked her from behind and punched her in the head on June 7, 2024 — an assault that allegedly left her with a concussion.
Hernandez further alleges that Diggs tried to silence her with a non-disclosure agreement, sending his assistant to Houston to pressure her into signing so the incident wouldn’t reach the NFL or the public.
“[Diggs] mounted an effort to induce [her] into signing a non-disclosure agreement so that his malicious and egregious act would be kept from the NFL and from public view,” the filing states.
She’s now seeking at least $250,000 in damages for physical injuries, emotional distress, and medical costs.
Diggs, however, tells a very different story. In his own lawsuit filed in February, the Buffalo Bills wide receiver accused Hernandez and another woman, Brianna Mack, of assaulting him, damaging his property, and trying to extort him after a night of partying gone wrong.

The accusations come as Diggs faces additional legal and personal issues. A woman named Aileen Lopera recently filed a paternity suit, claiming Diggs fathered her child born in April.
Meanwhile, reports say Cardi B and Diggs are expecting a baby together as the “Bongos” rapper continues finalizing her divorce from Offset.
With lawsuits, paternity claims, and pregnancy rumors all swirling, Diggs’ off-field drama is overshadowing his game — and putting his NFL career and relationship in the spotlight.
