Damian Lillard Trolls Paul George After He Says He Will Retire A Clipper

Damian Lillard trolled Paul George on social media, Saturday after he introduced that he plans to retire a Los Angeles Clipper. Lillard responded to the assertion with the remark “Al Capone,” which means cap.

“This remark nonetheless sting, huh bruh???,” requested one Clippers fan on Twitter.
“By no means did” responded Lillard, referring to an incident between George and Lillard over the past postseason. Each Clippers gamers and Lillard went at it on social media through the Path Blazers and Clippers first-round collection.
“I need to retire a Clipper… That is the place my coronary heart is and I’m completely happy,” George said.
George joined the Clippers in 2019, following a two-year stint with the Oklahoma Metropolis Thunder.
The Clippers suffered via a tumultuous postseason, which ended by blowing a 3-1 collection result in the Denver Nuggets within the second spherical. Within the offseason, the staff fired their head coach Doc Rivers.
“I do need to clear it up as a result of the notion out there’s I don’t respect Doc and I’m placing the blame on Doc,” George stated. “I respect Doc. I believe Doc is a helluva motivator and coach. It doesn’t imply I agree with all the pieces that was completed. They performed more durable than us and finally obtained previous us.”
