Join B87.7 at the 2019 Annual Puerto Rican Day Parade. The Parade will be held on from Boylston Street in the Back Bay area to the City Hall Plaza, on Sunday, July 28th, starting at 12 Noon. 

The parade is a fun event for the entire family and spans from Boylston Street in the Back Bay area to the City Hall Plaza in Boston for an afternoon and evening of music and cultural celebration!

The Annual Puerto Rican Day Parade is apart of three days of events held at Boston’s City Hall Plaza where we celebrate our traditions and honor our history. The festival consist of live performances by local and international artist, kiosks selling typical Puerto Rican food, local arts and crafts, mechanical rides and different activities for the entire family. It offers the opportunity for business partners to interact with the Hispanic community, including a Health Expo. The festival culminates with the Puerto Rican Parade where the community showcases its culture through wonderful floats, colorful dance troupes, singers, dancers and appearances by distinguished honorees.

The Festival includes kiosks that will feature different activities, including a health fair, face painting for kids, storytelling of Puerto Rican traditional stories and legends, presentations of eco-friendly gardening and cooking techniques, and teaching of Puerto Rican musical percussion.

The Puerto Rican Parade – Sunday, July 28th at 12pm!

The Puerto Rican parade is an opportunity for the Puerto Rican community to showcase our culture through wonderful floats, colorful dance troupes, singers, dancers and our distinguished honorees. The parade is a fun event for the entire family and spans from Boylston Street in the Back Bay area to the City Hall Plaza in Boston for an afternoon and evening of music and
cultural celebration!

Best standing area for Parade fans will be from the Boylston street side of the Boston Public library all the way to cambridge street City Hall Plaza. Parade starts at 12:00pm to 3:00pm, at 900 Boylston Street, Hynes Convention Center to City Hall Plaza.  La mejor posición para los fanáticos del desfile será desde el lado de la calle Boylston de la biblioteca pública de Boston hasta el cambridge street City Hall Plaza

The Puerto Rican Festival of Massachusetts – Friday, July 26th

The annual Festival is our flagship event that brings together people from all heritages to share, learn, and celebrate our culture. Mingle with thousands of other cultures and music lovers at the Latin American International Day, as Puerto Rican festival bring you an incredible lineup of musical artists and dance performances, a diverse selection of Latin American food, handmade crafts, visual artists, and an interactive environment with activities for the whole family. This day exemplifies the modern-day creative hybrid of Latin culture, rock, hip hop, rap and folkloric dance performances from across Latin America. Come experience time-honored cultural traditions. Don’t forget
about the food! One of the most popular areas of the festival is the food kiosks. Enjoy some of the most diverse and delicious Latin food in New England. After satisfying your hunger, peruse a variety of authentic handmade arts and crafts, and meet local latino artists.
