Kanye West Responds To Critics Of His ‘White Lives Matter’ Shirts: “They Do”

Kanye West is having the kind of week that solely Kanye may have. After receiving backlash for sporting and designing “White Lives Matter” T-shirts for his Yeezy Season 9 assortment, the famed rapper took to social media to lash out at a few of the style trade’s elite — together with journalist Gabrielle Karifa-Johnson, Bernard Arnault, and Supreme artistic director, Tremaine Emory.

After catching wind of all of the assume items and cancel Kanye feedback, the 45-year outdated designer tripled down on his “White Lives Matter” feedback by posting a brand new photograph of the shirt, writing, “Right here’s my newest response when folks ask me why I made a tee that claims White Lives Matter….THEY DO.”
Whereas many followers hopped within the remark part to detest Kanye’s assertion, people like Candance Owens, who was additionally seen sporting the controversial t-shirt, replied with laughing emojis.
