Kodak Black is popping his catchphrase right into a music.
After claiming that he was the primary to coin the “drive the boat” tagline earlier than Megan Thee Stallion, the Florida rapper is addressing the controversy on a brand new music, aptly-titled “Drive the Boat.”
“Every little thing I say flip to a quote / Boy, go ask Meg Thee Stallion,” Kodak raps within the clip. “I ask her let me drive the boat / They thought I used to be Lil Yachty.”
The music arrives after Kodak publicly known as out Meg, claiming she stole his catchphrase with out giving him credit score. Taking to Twitter, Kodak fired subliminal pictures on the Grammy-winning rapper.
“Make a complete profession off of taking one Lil piece of my shit & I B Coming For My Cash,” he tweeted. “Child ain’t must exit her technique to give my credit score however the alternative got here to her as a substitute once they requested that query on television smh they usually be on some Black Lives Matter shit y’all don’t even be fa this shit fr.”
Meg appeared to answer his accusations, writing, “Don’t point out me if you happen to not a hottie thanks.”
However later within the week, Kodak appeared to have a change of coronary heart and honored Meg following her three Grammy wins. “Congratulations Tho Lol I Simply Be Bullshitting You Good Black Queen I Salute That Shit #KeepItUp,” he wrote in a touch upon her Instagram.
