Kodak Black claims he’s being tortured behind bars in a brand new lawsuit.
The incarcerated rapper is suing the Federal Bureau of Prisons together with its director and the warden at USP Massive Sandy federal jail. Within the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Kodak alleges that he has been tortured and had his rights violated.
Kodak was transferred to the high-security jail in Kentucky in October 2019 after an altercation with one other inmate at Miami’s Federal Detention Middle, through which an officer was injured.
When he arrived at Massive Sandy, Kodak says he was the sufferer of a “gang beating” by guards, allegedly as retaliation for the injured Miami jail guard. He claims the guards hit him within the head with a steel object whereas handcuffed and “flicked his genitals.”
