Video surfaced, Sunday, of an NYPD officer punching a bystander whereas giving out a ticket for breaking social-distancing guidelines. The incident within the East Village led to three arrests and an inner investigation.

Mayor Invoice de Blasio reacted to video of the incident on Twitter writing, “Noticed the video from the Decrease East Facet and was actually disturbed by it.
