Watch the Trailer for Showtime’s 6ix9ine Docuseries ‘Supervillain’

6ix9ine takes the highlight in Showtime’s “Supervillain” documentary collection.
The community has launched the primary trailer for “Supervillain,” a three-episode docuseries that profiles the rise of the Brooklyn rapper and the way he manufactured his personal cult movie star standing by social media and controversy.
In response to Selection, the collection explores how a former deli clerk named Daniel Hernandez reworked into the infamous rainbow-haired rapper often called 6ix9ine.
Director Karam Gill carried out an unique interview with 6ix9ine after the “TROLLZ” rapper was launched from jail earlier this 12 months. “I can’t imagine that I created myself,” Tekashi says within the trailer. “Danny created 6ix9ine the way in which he needed to be seen.”
“Supervillain” will premiere on Showtime in early 2021. The collection was impressed by journalist Stephen Witt’s Rolling Stone function “Tekashi 6ix9ine: The Rise and Fall of a Hip Hop Supervillain.”
Think about Leisure’s Brian Grazer will govt produce “Supervillain” with Justin Wilkes and Sara Bernstein of Think about Documentaries, Gus Wenner of Rolling Stone, Jonathan Chinn and Simon Chinn of Lightbox, and Witt.
Final October, 50 Cent introduced that he was producing a docuseries referred to as “A Second in Time,” which can function celebrities together with Tekashi.
