Diddy’s Kids Prepare for All-Out Legal Battle With Janice Combs Over His $400M Fortune

Written by on 11/18/2025

Sean “Diddy” Combs’ seven children are gearing up for a major legal showdown — a battle insiders say could get explosive. According to a new report from the National Enquirer, the Combs heirs are lawyering up in an effort to seize control of their father’s estimated $400 million estate, allegedly wresting it from Diddy’s mother, Janice Combs.

Family sources claim the siblings have quietly begun working with attorneys as they brace for a high-stakes fight.

“This could turn into an all-out war,” a source warned. “You’ve got massive egos and hundreds of millions on the line. It’s not just going to get ugly — it’s going to get explosive.”

The Heirs: Seven Kids, One Massive Empire

Diddy’s children include:

  • Quincy, 34

  • Justin, 31

  • Christian (King Combs), 27

  • Chance, 19

  • Twins D’Lila & Jessie, 18

  • Love, the youngest

While they’re gearing up for a potential legal battle, insiders say the one thing they’ve already inherited is the lavish Combs lifestyle — and they’re not slowing down.

Life of Luxury Rolls On Amid Diddy’s Incarceration

Despite Diddy being locked up since September 2024, his private jet hasn’t missed a beat. Flight logs reportedly show trips to:

  • California

  • Hawaii

  • Texas

  • Florida

  • Mexico

  • Italy

  • India

  • Ireland

  • Canada

  • St. Martin

“Jet fuel ain’t cheap,” one insider told The Post. “Every other day these kids are getting on Puff’s jet, and every time they do, it costs him thousands — just for the f–king fuel.”

Sources also claim the kids have continued splurging on designer clothing, tropical vacations, amusement parks, beachside horseback rides — and even handing out cash to friends.

Diddy was sentenced last month to 50 months in prison (with roughly 14 months already served). But according to legal experts, he still hasn’t granted power of attorney or moved his assets into a living trust — a move that could have prevented family infighting.

“That way, it’s less likely you’ll have emotional conflicts and conflicts of interest,” estate attorney Matthew Erskine told the Enquirer.

Without those protections in place, Diddy’s fortune is vulnerable to a full-scale internal struggle — and insiders say that’s exactly what’s coming.

A Fortune That’s Shrinking Fast

At his peak, Diddy was worth an estimated $740 million (2019). Forbes now pegs his net worth closer to $400 million, with legal trouble, settlements, and halted business deals eroding his once-massive empire.

Now, with the hip-hop mogul behind bars and no clear power structure in place, the Combs family is spiraling toward a financial free-for-all — and those close to the situation say the real drama hasn’t even started yet.
