LAPD Finds Body Inside Tesla Registered To Singer D4vd

Things got real dark in Hollywood this week. The LAPD is investigating after a body was discovered inside a Tesla at a tow yard — a car that records show is registered to rising artist D4vd.

Police say they were called to the lot on North Mansfield Avenue Monday afternoon after workers noticed a strong odor coming from the vehicle. When they checked, they found human remains stuffed inside a bag in the car’s front trunk.

The Tesla had been impounded for a few days before the discovery. At this point, officials haven’t identified the victim, and there’s no word yet on how the body ended up there.

D4vd — real name David Anthony Burke — is a 20-year-old musician from Texas, best known for his viral hits “Here With Me” and “Romantic Homicide.” He just dropped his debut album earlier this year and is currently on his “Withered” world tour, with a Minneapolis show scheduled for Tuesday and an LA stop later this month.

Authorities are still investigating, and D4vd’s camp hasn’t released a statement yet.
