Offset Throws Shade At Cardi B’s New Boo, Stefon Diggs, in Patriots Debut

Written by on 09/08/2025

It looks like Offset had something to say about Cardi B’s new relationship. On Sunday night, the former Migos rapper appeared to throw shade at Stefon Diggs after his debut with the New England Patriots. Following the team’s Week 1 loss to the Las Vegas Raiders, Offset hit Instagram Stories with a single word: Trash—punctuated by a laughing emoji.

Meanwhile, Cardi was showing her man love. She shared a clip of Diggs catching a pass from rookie quarterback Drake Maye, writing: “Come on Eight!!!!!” Despite the support, Diggs wrapped up the game with six catches for 57 yards and no touchdowns.

When both posts made their way to LiveBitez, fans quickly weighed in. Many defended Cardi and Diggs while calling out Offset’s behavior. One user wrote: “Stefon got the love of your life, more solid career, more money, more handsome. And you think a comment about his first game after coming off a major ACL injury is going to bother him?” Another added: “When are y’all going to finally admit he is super corny for this? My God, sign those divorce papers and move on.”

Cardi B & Stefon Diggs’ Relationship

Cardi and Diggs went public back in June after months of speculation. Cardi originally filed for divorce from Offset in the summer of 2024 and has since opened up about the emotional shift of moving on. Speaking with Peaople, she admitted: “It was very tough, but it is what it is. It’s tough hiding. It’s tough dating in your 30s, too, but I like him. I love him, today.”

And while her love life is making headlines, so is her music. Cardi is preparing to drop her long-awaited sophomore album, Am I The Drama?, on September 19—seven years after her Grammy-winning debut, Invasion of Privacy.
