Remy Ma is setting the record straight after Gloria Velez brought up their alleged early 2000s feud in a new interview with VladTV. The Bronx rapper took to Instagram Stories to deny Velez’s claims and accused her of fabricating the story.

Gloria Velez Reignites the Feud
In her VladTV appearance, Velez painted a dramatic picture of what she described as “a long history” of tension between the two women. She claimed things escalated at a holiday party decades ago, describing Remy as “a bully” who tried to intimidate her.
“She tried to do that with me, and that’s not gonna pop off,” Velez said, alleging that Remy “flashed her little pistol from across the room.” According to Velez, a friend stepped in and warned Remy, “If you’re gonna pull it out, you better use it.”
Velez also claimed another altercation took place at a Jadakiss party in New York City, where things reportedly turned physical. “It got personal when she mentioned my son’s school,” she said. “That’s when I saw red… You’re threatening my child now — that’s when I threw the punch. I ripped off her jewelry and stomped her with my boots.”
She further alleged that Remy called Fat Joe after the incident, then returned for another confrontation. “When she came back, I fought her again,” Velez claimed. “She was just angry. Still talking about shooting people as a grown woman — that’s not gangster.”
