Taylor Swift gave $100,000 to the family of the Kansas City radio DJ killed at the Chiefâs victory parade.
Two teenage gunmen opened fire in the crowd in a âpersonal argumentâ that escalated, killing Lisa Lopez-Galvan, 44. Nine children and 21 others were hurt.
Taylor gave the Lopez-Galvan familyâs GoFundMe two $50,000 gifts. The family has now surpassed its initial fundraising goal of $75,000.
âSending my deepest sympathies and condolences in the wake of your devastating loss. With love, Taylor Swift,â read the message accompanying the gift. Taylor nor her reps have confirmed the donation.
Following the Super Bowl, Swift headed to Melbourne, Australia, where she is currently performing for three-nights on her âErasâ tour.
