Piers Morgan & Don Lemon Explode On-Air: “You’re Being a Complete D**k”

Things went off the rails Thursday night on Piers Morgan Uncensored when Piers Morgan and Don Lemon’s sit-down turned into a shouting match — complete with name-calling.
The two started out discussing free speech in America in the wake of conservative commentator Charlie Kirk’s recent killing. But when Morgan pressed Lemon about his 2023 CNN exit, things spiraled.
Morgan asked if Lemon considered himself a victim of cancel culture. “Probably yes,” Lemon admitted. That’s when Morgan rolled a clip of Lemon’s controversial comments about Nikki Haley being “not in her prime” — remarks that sparked major backlash last year.
Lemon wasn’t having it. He accused Morgan of blindsiding him:
“I was ambushed. I thought we were here to talk about free speech and Charlie Kirk — not my CNN firing or some old clip taken out of context.”
As tensions rose, Morgan snapped:
“What are you talking about?! I think you’re being a complete d**k, if I’m honest.”
Lemon shot back with sarcasm:
“Okay, well that’s very kind and respectful of you.”
The back-and-forth only got messier, with Lemon insisting the Haley clip had “nothing to do” with his CNN departure, and Morgan arguing Lemon himself brought up cancel culture — making it fair game.
After the cameras stopped rolling, the drama continued online. Morgan posted on X: “My Don Lemon interview is dropping very soon. I still don’t understand what the hell happened to make him behave like such a monumental d***.”

He later said: “Don Lemon is going absolutely berserk about me on his Instagram story… which makes me think he’s panicking about how he comes over in our interview that drops on @PiersUncensored tonight. He’s right to panic… he comes over as a whiny, touchy, arrogant little d***.”
Lemon fired back, saying he came for a productive conversation, not a “clickbait setup.”
