The NFL confirmed the news Friday in partnership with Apple Music and Roc Nation, locking in a history-making moment for the Puerto Rican superstar. Bad Bunny will become the first reggaetón and Latin trap artist to headline the Super Bowl solo, pushing Latin music even further onto the global stage.

This won’t be his first time under the bright lights. In 2020, Bad Bunny joined Shakira and Jennifer Lopez in Miami for one of the most celebrated halftime shows in recent memory. Six years later, he’s stepping into the spotlight on his own, promising a performance that blends music, culture, and spectacle.

Since teaming up with Roc Nation in 2019, the NFL has tapped into hip-hop, R&B, and global culture, giving us halftime shows from Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, Kendrick Lamar, Eminem, Mary J. Blige, Rihanna, and Usher. Bad Bunny’s selection keeps that momentum alive, reflecting both diversity and impact.

With hits like “Tití Me Preguntó,” “Dakiti,” and “Moscow Mule,” fans are already debating what tracks will make the cut. One thing’s for sure—when Bad Bunny hits that stage, expect nothing less than a stadium-shaking show.
