Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing yet another lawsuit — this time from someone who worked closely by his side for nearly a decade.
According to court filings obtained by TMZ on Wednesday (Sept. 24), former stylist Deonte Nash accuses the music mogul of subjecting him to years of abuse while employed under him. Nash claims he endured
“sexual and physical assault, sexual and verbal harassment, trafficking, degradation, humiliation, threats to his life and well-being, stalking, control, and psychological manipulation”
during his time working for Combs — allegations he says continued even after he left the job.

In the lawsuit, Nash details several incidents where Combs allegedly made unwanted sexual comments, groped him without consent, and even exposed himself in front of Nash and other staff during a party in 2013 or 2014. His legal team also says Combs would weaponize Nash’s sexuality by discussing it with friends and coworkers, causing further distress.
Nash alleges Combs used his fame and power to control him, going as far as threatening harm if he ever walked away. He says the intimidation continued long after his employment ended, even during this year’s sex trafficking trial, where Nash testified that he witnessed Combs physically assault Cassie Ventura.
While Nash initially avoided filing a separate lawsuit, he now says he’s determined to hold Combs accountable. He is seeking punitive damages and a jury trial.
So far, Combs’ legal team has not responded publicly to the claims.
