Blueface Gets Real on Livestream — Apologizes to Man He Shot in Vegas : ‘If You Seeing This, Forgive Me’

Written by on 11/05/2025

Just a day after his release from prison, Blueface is taking public accountability for the 2023 Las Vegas shooting that derailed his career.

Appearing on DDG’s livestream Monday night (Nov. 3), the California rapper reflected on the 14 months he spent behind bars — and expressed remorse for the violent encounter that put him there.

“I could’ve just stayed home,” Blueface admitted. “I didn’t have to go to that club. I didn’t have to shoot that man. I’m sorry, brother. I didn’t mean to shoot you — forgive me, man. This is a true apology.”

The shooting, which took place outside Euphoric Gentleman’s Club, left victim Kentavious Traylor with an injured hand. Traylor later claimed the shooting destroyed his life and career prospects.

Originally charged with attempted murder, Blueface pleaded guilty to lesser charges of battery and discharging a firearm. He was sentenced to probation and ordered to pay $13 million in damages to the venue.

In January, he was jailed again for violating probation after being caught with alleged drug paraphernalia.

Now free, Blueface says he’s ready to move forward — starting with an apology the public hasn’t heard before.

“This time, I just want to do right,” he told DDG, promising to focus on family and music.
