- The Goodtime State: Vice City Collection is described as a collector’s box full of premium items directly tied to the in-game universe, including Macca the Gator. But what’s really leaving a sour taste in gamers’ mouths is that, for the $399 price tag, the game isn’t included.

The rollout leading up to Grand Theft Auto VI’s November 19 release has been an interesting one, to say the least, and the recent reveal of the $400 Vice City Collection hasn’t been met with the enthusiasm the game studio hoped it would be.

BRUH!
So what exactly is in the box that Rockstar Games considers worth that much? Weeelllll, the Goodtime State: Vice City Collection consists of these 11 items:
- Macca the Gator Figure
- Oakley® Frogskins™ Sunglasses
- Leonida Keys Crossbody Bag
- New Era® 9FORTY Snapback Hat
- Macca the Gator Magnetic Mirror
- Chunkee the Manatee Shot Glass
- Vice City Collectible Swizzle Spoon
- Vice City Razor Blade Keychain
- Leonida Keys Enamel Pin Set in Metal Tin
- Leonida Keys Sticker Pack in Stash Bag
- Double-Sided Souvenir Poster with Map of Leonida
Could they have dropped a digital code on a piece of paper in there, right? Well, that’s what gamers on social media have been saying after learning the expensive collection will not feature the highly anticipated game.
According to reports, the collection’s high price is due to the Oakley shades, which allegedly cost more than the bundle.
Gamers have also compared the Vice City Collection to other Collector’s Editions from GTA V and Red Dead Redemption II. Pointing out how much better they were, with GTA V’s collector’s edition including the game.
Social Media Clowns The Vice City Collection
The reactions to the Vice City Collection have also been hilarious, as gamers have been baffled that Rockstar Games thinks people would pay $400 for something that doesn’t even include the game.
The announcement of the Vice City Collection comes after Rockstar Games announced Grand Theft Auto VI – The Album, which hilariously will have a physical edition.
Even if Grand Theft Auto VI is a safe be for a massive hit, we’re not sure how well the Vice City Collection will fare when it releases.
