More details are emerging in a wild incident, involving Keke Wyatt, who is accused of pulling a loaded 9mm Beretta from her car window during a custody exchange in Henry County, Georgia.
She threatened to shoot a woman in front of three children on September 20, 2026, saying “Let that b#### come over here, so I can blow her brains out” before cops arrived and took her into custody, according to TMZ.
She’s now facing terroristic threats, simple assault, and cruelty to children charges that could land her serious prison time if convicted.
Georgia law treats terroristic threats as a felony when death is involved, carrying sentences between one to five years behind bars plus up to a thousand dollar fine.

The simple assault charge is a misdemeanor, while the cruelty to children count is a third-degree violent offense that’s also a misdemeanor.
Wyatt got released on a $1,050 bond after spending two days locked up, but the legal trouble is far from over for the mother of eleven.
This arrest marks the second major violence-related incident in her life, bringing back memories of a stabbing case from nearly twenty-five years ago.
Back in 2001, Wyatt was indicted on second-degree assault after stabbing her then-husband Rahmat Morton, who also managed her career at the time.
She claimed self-defense in that situation, saying she was trapped in an abusive relationship and had to protect herself from danger.
When discussing that stabbing incident years later, Wyatt explained her mindset at the time.
“People are going to say what they’re going to say. All I know is the average person isn’t going to stab someone just for the heck of it. My life was in danger. I felt so bad for what I did, but I couldn’t let it consume me. It was my faith in God, and my family that helped me through this,” she said in an interview.
That case was eventually dismissed, allowing her to move forward with her career.
Wyatt’s been building a life as a working mother to her eleven kids from three different marriages, even landing her own reality show called ‘Keke Wyatt’s World”.in 2023 that followed her juggling motherhood and entertainment.
The custody exchange situation that led to this arrest suggests ongoing family complications that may have triggered the alleged outburst.
Her collaborations with artists like Avant helped establish her as a respected R&B vocalist over the years.
