Game Cannot Outrun Priscilla Rainey’s $7.13M Collection Campaign

Game loses another court bid to weaken Priscilla Rainey’s $7.13 million judgment as his new album enters her collection campaign.

Game cannot shake Priscilla Rainey’s $7.13 million judgment, and another appeal has ended with the same expensive result.

California’s Second District Court of Appeal affirmed a lower court order on August 26, preserving Rainey’s latest collection victory against Game.

The ruling keeps a December 2023 enforcement judgment intact, including orders undoing transfers of his Calabasas home, a company stake and “The Game” trademark.

A federal jury held Jayceon Terrell Taylor liable for sexually battering Rainey during production of VH1’s She’s Got Game in 2016 and awarded $7,130,100.

Game denied her allegations, but his treatment of the lawsuit helped turn a damaging case into a financial catastrophe.

He skipped court dates, avoided service and later reduced one absence to a dentist appointment during a 2019 interview.

The federal appeals court reviewing that case said Game “did not take the litigation seriously” and had “evaded process, trolled Rainey on social media, dodged a settlement conference, and did not bother to show up at trial.”

AllHipHop previously reported the award included $1.13 million for Rainey and $6 million in punitive damages after Game attacked her online.

Game kept taunting Rainey afterward while insisting the judgment would never cost him serious money.

“Y’all been saying she got 7 million for 7 years & yet here I am, laid up tipsy off my 5th quarantini watching Tiger King lol,” Game wrote in a since-deleted Instagram post.

“They’ll find Carol Baskin’s husband before she ever get a penny from under my car seat….coming up next, a stop by the bank to dump this s### in….”

He later wrote, “Even if I did lose $7 million which I haven’t I’d still be good & happy.”

“Money ain’t s##t but thin wood and doesn’t matter in my life…I’ve had it, sent it thrown it, and given it.”

Rainey has converted those words into a long collection campaign targeting nearly every income stream connected to Game.

Courts gave her control of L.A. Prolific Records, revenue from Born 2 Rap and publishing payments covering hundreds of BMI-registered works.

By February 2025, more than $500,000 had been diverted toward the judgment through his label, album and publishing income.

That history puts earnings from The Documentary III directly in Rainey’s sights following the album’s August 21 release.

The appellate opinion does not award her that album, but existing collection orders could redirect Game’s share of its revenue.

The latest appeal came from Rainey’s 2021 lawsuit accusing Game and related companies of moving assets beyond her reach.

After six failed visits to his gated home and one rejected service attempt elsewhere, Rainey received permission to publish the summons.

Game argued the resulting judgment was void because the mailed notice, courthouse address and published summons contained technical problems.

The courts rejected every challenge, explaining: “Summons are not designed to place defendant on notice of the legal theories supporting the action, only notice of the action and the timeframe to respond.”

The appellate court also ordered Game to pay Rainey’s costs from this latest failed appeal.
