Whitney Houston’s getting the Barbie treatment today with a new $60 signature doll featuring her in that iconic lilac dress from her biggest hit.

Whitney Houston is being immortalized in plastic form as Mattel dropped a brand-new Barbie Signature doll celebrating the legendary singer on August 9, which would’ve been her 63rd birthday.

The collector’s item features Whitney in that iconic lilac tank dress from her “I Wanna Dance With Somebody (Who Loves Me)” music video, priced at $60 and created in close collaboration with Pat Houston, Executor of The Whitney E. Houston Estate.

This isn’t just another celebrity doll sitting on a shelf somewhere. It’s a full-circle moment for a woman whose voice changed everything about what it meant to be a superstar.

The doll comes with a Certificate of Authenticity and represents one of the most significant tributes to Houston’s legacy since her passing in February 2012.
