Cardi B has planted $15,000 worth of jewelry atop her butt crack after her first diamond piece vanished down a toilet.
The Bronx rapper unveiled the costly replacement Sunday through a rear-facing video that made the gem compete with an extremely revealing outfit.
Cardi wore a skin-tight white catsuit whose laced-open back and crisscrossed rear panels displayed her huge butt and sprawling floral tattoo.
“15K piercing sitting on my ass crack in case a b#### need some to kiss,” Cardi wrote beside the Instagram clip.

Busta Rhymes endorsed the audacious display with six fire emojis, while the footage centered the single stone above her gluteal cleft.
The price represents a $2,000 upgrade from the real-diamond jewelry Cardi discussed during a September 2025 appearance on Call Her Daddy.
“I’m not gonna recommend it to people because I had surgery on my butt,” she explained. “Sometimes people say that my butt is too big, but they don’t understand they already did a butt surgery to reduce my ass. I practically did a tummy tuck on my ass.”
Cardi said surgery left the skin near the piercing numb, making an intimidating procedure far easier than outsiders might expect.
“So, like, the top of my ass, that skin part is numb,” Cardi continued. “So when I pierce my ass, I ain’t feel shit. It was, it was the easiest piercing ever.”
That $13,000 adornment survived only about one month before Cardi noticed the diamond had disappeared while she used the bathroom.
“I realized I was like, ‘Hold on,’” she recalled. “I was looking around. I was looking at my pants and my panties and stuff, and I’m like, ‘Yep. Went down the toilet.’”
Her piercer offered a refund, but in September 2025, Cardi said she had not replaced the jewelry because she lacked the motivation.
The newly displayed $15,000 stone closes that chapter, confirming Cardi eventually returned to the spot with an even more expensive piece.
